Data we collect
Information you submit such as name, mobile, email, site description, address and attachments, plus technical security data such as IP address, request time and browser type.
Purposes
- Prepare quotes, deliver services and support maintenance
- Verify mobile ownership and prevent impersonated requests
- Issue contracts and invoices and maintain service records
- Protect the website and improve services using aggregated information
Legal basis
We process data to respond to your request, perform a contract, meet legal duties, protect legitimate interests and security, or on consent where required for non-essential analytics.
Recipients
Access is limited to authorised staff and contractors, hosting, messaging, payment and invoicing providers, and competent authorities where legally required. Providers must protect the data and not use it for their own purpose.
International processing
Some hosting or communications infrastructure may operate outside Saudi Arabia. Where this occurs, applicable transfer requirements and safeguards are followed.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Contracts and invoices follow statutory retention periods. Security logs are kept only as needed, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to lawful exceptions, you have rights to be informed, access data, obtain a readable copy, correct or complete it, request destruction and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Email info@abtech.sa from your registered contact and state the request reference and right. We verify identity so your data is not disclosed to another person.

Start through our complaints page. You may escalate unresolved rights to the Saudi competent data-protection authority. We update this notice when processing changes.
