For contractors and engineering offices
What we hear from you
Three problems that recur — and how we prevent them.
“The consultant rejected the handover”
We hand over to a written specification with documented test results that are accepted on review.
“We have no specification booklet for the package”
We prepare the specifications and the bill of quantities for inclusion in the project booklet.
“Coordinating with the other contractors is exhausting”
We work to the routes and dates of the master programme, and coordinate with electrical and HVAC.
What we do for you
Six outputs handed to the consultant.
Design and specification booklet
Position and route drawings and technical specifications ready for approval.
An accurate bill of quantities
With quantities that can be priced and compared, not lump-sum estimates.
Execution as a subcontractor
A team committed to the programme and to the site and safety requirements.
Testing with documented results
Every point tested, with a results report attached to the handover file.
A handover file for the consultant
As-built drawings, operating manuals and warranties.
Operation and maintenance after handover
A contract covering the warranty period and beyond, so the client does not come back to you.
Not your category?
Every category has its own page.
We serve individuals, facilities, companies and government entities — each with different requirements and a different language.
Homes and villas, Shops and facilities, Companies and factories, Government and public facilities
We start by understanding your situation — not by selling a device.
Tell us about your site and what you need, and you get a clear initial picture before any commitment.
Where we fit into your programme
The systems package is executed in three separated visits, and a delay in any one of them holds up the others:
- Before the pour — conduit and back-box routes, drop positions and crossing openings.
- Before finishing — pulling and numbering cables and leaving service loops.
- After finishing — installing the devices, testing, commissioning and handover.
So we ask for your drawings early, not only to price but to point out clashes before they become a hole in a wall.
What we review in your drawings before execution
- Clashes between system routes and mechanical, electrical and plumbing services
- Whether the communications room suffices: area, ventilation, supply and earthing
- Route lengths against distance limits — and when an intermediate switch is required
- Device positions against lighting, doors and ceiling heights
- What must be approved by the consultant early so it does not stop handover
Handover outputs for the consultant and the owner
- As-built drawings with routes and positions as executed.
- Acceptance test reports for every route and point, documented.
- Numbering schedules for points, cabinets and ports.
- Operating and maintenance manuals and accounts in the owner’s name.
- A spares and consumables list and what we recommend keeping on site.
Working under your contract
We come in within your scope as the executor of the systems package: we work to your programme and your site safety procedures, and we deal with the consultant through you rather than around you. The handover file carries your name as main contractor, and our responsibility for the package is written into it.
